This Privacy Policy explains information collected through package configuration, custom inquiries, payment processing, hosting, and business communications.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you submit through standard-package configuration forms, custom-project inquiries, email, Instagram, and other business communications. This may include names, business information, email addresses, telephone numbers, website or domain information, selected packages, page or workflow preferences, software platforms, timing, content status, and other details you voluntarily provide.

2. Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not directly receive or store complete payment-card numbers. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy and security practices.

3. Netlify Forms and Hosting

Our website is hosted on Netlify, and website forms may be processed through Netlify Forms. Hosting and form providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser, device, date, time, and submission data to deliver, secure, and operate the service.

4. How We Use Information

• Process package configurations and custom inquiries
• Provide onboarding, design, automation, support, and billing communications
• Connect approved third-party services
• Maintain business, tax, accounting, and legal records
• Protect the website, customers, and our business
• Improve services and respond to requests

5. Communications

Submitting a form does not enroll you in automated marketing text messages. If you provide a telephone number, we may use it for ordinary one-to-one business communications concerning your request or services. You may ask us to stop non-required communications at any time.

6. Service Providers and Disclosure

We may share information as reasonably necessary with hosting, form, email, payment, scheduling, CRM, automation, software, accounting, and professional-service providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction. We do not sell or rent personal information for unrelated advertising.

7. Cookies, Fonts, and Analytics

The website may use essential browser storage or cookies needed for functionality. It loads Google Fonts, which may cause technical request information such as an IP address to be transmitted to Google. The current build does not intentionally include advertising pixels or behavioral advertising trackers.

8. Data Retention

We keep inquiry, configuration, client, and payment-related records as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain legal and accounting records, resolve disputes, secure systems, and enforce agreements.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Do not submit passwords, verification codes, full payment-card numbers, or highly sensitive information through public forms.

10. Protected Health Information

Do not submit protected health information through public website forms. Projects involving protected health information require separate written approval, a Business Associate Agreement when applicable, and a specifically approved technology environment.

11. Your Choices and Requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and record-retention obligations. Email zeroisrealllc@gmail.com. We generally aim to respond to valid requests within 30 days.

12. Children

The website and services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to individuals under 18.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above identifies the current version.
