Terms of Service

Zero Is Real LLC, doing business as Zero Business Solutions

Effective July 25, 2026 — Version 1.0

These Terms govern the website, standard package purchases, electronic acceptance, billing, scope, customer responsibilities, and related services.

1. Acceptance and Electronic Agreement

These Terms govern use of this website, submission of forms, and purchases of standard website and automation packages. By checking the required agreement box and submitting a package configuration or completing payment, you agree to these Terms, the selected package description, the configuration you submitted, and the applicable payment record. Electronic acceptance has the same intended effect as a written acceptance.

2. Business Identity

Zero Business Solutions is a trade name of Zero Is Real LLC, a Georgia limited liability company.

3. Standard Packages

Standard packages are pre-scoped services with stated limits. The package page and configuration form identify the selected package, included capacity, customer selections, setup fee, and monthly service fee. Features not listed as included are outside scope. We may clarify reasonable implementation details, but material additions require a custom scope or separate purchase.

4. Custom Projects

Custom websites, applications, advanced AI systems, negotiated scopes, sensitive integrations, and work outside standard-package limits require review and a separate written agreement through SignWell or another approved electronic-signature process. The custom agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

5. Setup Fees and Start of Work

The one-time setup fee is due before client-specific work begins. Work may include onboarding, planning, configuration, design, account setup, integration, content preparation, testing, or implementation. Except as stated in the Refund and Cancellation Policy or required by law, setup fees become non-refundable once client-specific work begins.

6. Monthly Service and Initial Term

Monthly service begins at Go-Live, meaning the date the approved website, workflow, or system is made available for intended use. Monthly fees are billed automatically and in advance through Stripe. Standard plans have a three-month initial minimum term beginning at Go-Live and then continue month-to-month until canceled with at least 30 days written notice. Monthly charges are non-refundable once billed except where required by law.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, lawful content, required approvals, timely feedback, and access to the accounts or systems needed for the selected package. You represent that you have authority to provide all materials and authorize all requested connections. Delays caused by missing content, access, approvals, third-party providers, or inaccurate information extend estimated timelines.

8. Revisions, Edits, and Support Limits

Revision rounds and monthly edit or support allowances are limited to the amount stated for the selected package. Unused allowances do not roll over unless expressly stated. Requests beyond the included allowance may require additional fees or a custom scope. “Minor edits” do not include redesigns, new pages, new workflows, new integrations, strategy changes, or replacement of substantial content.

9. Third-Party Services and Charges

Domains, hosting, premium plugins, booking tools, CRMs, messaging, telephone, AI usage, payment processing, advertising, and other third-party services may have separate charges paid by you. Third parties control their own availability, pricing, policies, security, and features. We are not responsible for third-party outages, suspensions, changes, or discontinued functionality.

10. Content, Data, and Ownership

You retain ownership of your business data, customer data, branding, logos, original content, uploaded materials, accounts, and pre-existing intellectual property. After full payment, you receive the rights reasonably necessary to use the completed client-specific deliverables. Zero Business Solutions retains its pre-existing and reusable templates, frameworks, prompts, methods, code components, workflow structures, processes, documentation systems, techniques, and general know-how. Third-party materials remain subject to third-party terms.

11. Portfolio Use

Unless you request confidentiality in writing before launch, you grant permission to identify your business as a customer and display non-confidential portions of completed public-facing work in our portfolio and marketing. We will not intentionally publish private credentials, customer lists, or confidential internal information.

12. Acceptable Use and Legal Compliance

You may not use our services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, discriminatory, or unauthorized activity. You are responsible for your offers, claims, communications, consent practices, customer lists, privacy notices, industry requirements, and legal compliance. You must not submit passwords, security codes, full payment-card numbers, or protected health information through public website forms.

13. AI and Automation Limitations

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unexpected, and automations can fail. Reasonable human oversight must be maintained. Our systems must not be the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, employment, housing, credit, insurance, emergency, or other high-impact decisions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free output.

14. No Performance Guarantees

We do not guarantee revenue, lead volume, bookings, conversions, search rankings, savings, uptime, or any specific business outcome. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, offer, traffic, staffing, follow-up, customer behavior, and third-party services.

15. Payment Failure and Suspension

If payment fails or becomes overdue, we may provide written notice and allow seven calendar days to correct the payment. If not corrected, we may suspend hosting, support, automations, integrations, access, or other services. Suspension does not eliminate payment obligations. Accounts unpaid for 30 calendar days may be terminated and referred for collection.

16. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund rules are stated in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

17. Warranties and Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zero Is Real LLC and its representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity; or damages caused by third-party services. Our aggregate liability arising from a standard package will not exceed the fees you paid to us for that package during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zero Is Real LLC and its representatives from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your content, data, instructions, unlawful use, consent practices, violation of law, or breach of these Terms.

20. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by Georgia law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia. These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration.

21. Changes, Severability, and Entire Agreement

We may update these Terms for future use. The version accepted at checkout governs that purchase unless both parties agree otherwise in writing. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. For standard packages, these Terms, the package description, the submitted configuration, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, and the payment record form the agreement.
