Zero Is Real LLC, doing business as Zero Business Solutions
Effective September 3, 2026 — Version 2.0
These Terms govern the website, standard package purchases, optional support, electronic acceptance, billing, scope, and related services.
1. Acceptance and Electronic Agreement
By checking the required agreement box and submitting a package configuration or completing payment, you agree to these Terms, the selected package description, the configuration submitted, and the applicable payment record.
2. Business Identity
Zero Business Solutions is a trade name of Zero Is Real LLC, a Georgia limited liability company.
3. Standard Packages
Standard packages are pre-scoped services with stated limits. The package page and configuration form identify the selected package, included capacity, customer selections, one-time build fee, and optional support choice. Features not listed as included are outside scope and may require a custom scope or separate purchase.
4. Custom Projects
Custom websites, e-commerce, applications, advanced AI systems, negotiated scopes, sensitive integrations, and work outside standard-package limits require review and a separate written agreement. The custom agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
5. Build Fees and Start of Work
The one-time build fee is due before client-specific work begins unless a Statement of Work says otherwise. Work may include onboarding, planning, configuration, design, account setup, integration, content preparation, testing, or implementation. Build-fee refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. Optional Ongoing Support
Ongoing ZBS support is optional and is not required to purchase a standard build. If selected, support is activated and billed separately after launch or on another agreed date. Support continues month-to-month until canceled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Support may include monitoring, troubleshooting, minor adjustments, maintenance, workflow optimization, and priority assistance within reasonable limits. It does not include unlimited redesigns, development, new pages, new integrations, or new workflows.
7. Customer Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, lawful content, required approvals, timely feedback, and access to the accounts or systems needed for the selected package. You represent that you have authority to provide all materials and authorize all requested connections. Customer or third-party delays extend estimated timelines.
8. Revisions and Support Limits
Build revision rounds and any optional support allowances are limited to the amount stated for the selected package or support plan. Requests beyond those limits may require additional fees or a custom scope. Minor adjustments do not include redesigns, new pages, new workflows, new integrations, strategy changes, or replacement of substantial content.
9. Third-Party Services and Charges
Domains, hosting, premium plugins, booking tools, CRMs, messaging, telephone, SMS, AI or API usage, payment processing, e-commerce platforms, advertising, and other third-party services may have separate charges paid by you. Third parties control their availability, pricing, policies, security, and features.
10. Content, Data, and Ownership
You retain ownership of your business data, branding, original content, accounts, and pre-existing intellectual property. After full payment, you receive the rights reasonably necessary to use completed client-specific deliverables. Zero Business Solutions retains its pre-existing and reusable templates, frameworks, methods, code components, workflow structures, and general know-how.
11. Portfolio Use
Unless you request confidentiality in writing before launch, you grant permission to identify your business as a customer and display non-confidential portions of completed public-facing work in our portfolio and marketing.
12. Acceptable Use and Legal Compliance
You may not use our services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, discriminatory, or unauthorized activity. You are responsible for your offers, claims, communications, consent practices, customer lists, privacy notices, industry requirements, and legal compliance.
13. AI and Automation Limitations
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unexpected, and automations can fail. Reasonable human oversight must be maintained. Our systems must not be the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, employment, housing, credit, insurance, emergency, or other high-impact decisions.
14. No Performance Guarantees
We do not guarantee revenue, lead volume, bookings, conversions, search rankings, savings, uptime, or any specific business outcome.
15. Payment Failure and Suspension
If an amount becomes overdue, we may provide notice and allow seven calendar days to correct it. We may suspend optional support, hosting, automations, integrations, or other ongoing services if payment is not corrected. Suspension does not eliminate amounts already due.
16. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund rules are stated in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
17. Warranties and Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zero Is Real LLC and its representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity; or damages caused by third-party services. Aggregate liability arising from a standard package will not exceed the fees paid to us for that package.
19. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zero Is Real LLC and its representatives from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your content, data, instructions, unlawful use, consent practices, violation of law, or breach of these Terms.
20. Governing Law and Changes
These Terms are governed by Georgia law. Disputes must be brought in state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia. The version accepted at checkout governs that purchase unless both parties agree otherwise in writing. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
